A missing name is not proof of release. Likewise, a CDOC parole eligibility date or mandatory release date is not a promise that release will occur then. A VINELink absence, ICE no-result, or court docket entry cannot by itself establish present physical custody or freedom from another hold.

It points toward agencies and locators that may hold or display them. Confirm custody with the responsible sheriff, CDOC, BOP, ICE, court, or other issuing office, and request any official record directly from its custodian.
